  I firmly believe in supporting local businesses and made a concerted effort to travel to the shop, ostensibly to have an old guitar checked over. I had hoped to establish a good relationship with the staff, from whom I would buy musical equipment in the future. Alas, instead of friendly greetings and offers of help, I stood there like a lemon for a full minute while the three staff behind the counter chatted amongst themselves. And, when one of them did finally bother to speak to me, I was scolded for having kept the guitar in storage and then bluntly told that no one would be able to look at it for a fortnight. I left, feeling bitterly disappointed and foolish for having wasted my time. Avoid if you want actual customer service.
